We’re getting close to this year’s Herning Games, and we can’t wait!

We’ve been working on this since November last year to make sure you have an unforgettable experience πŸ’₯

βœ… Check-in:
You can check in at the following times:
Friday: 14:00–21:00
Saturday morning: 07:00–08:00
If you are unable to arrive during these times, please contact us in advance.


πŸ•’ Preliminary schedule:
Saturday: Competition is expected to run from 08:45–09:00 until approx. 18:00
Sunday: From 08:30 until approx. 17:00
On Sunday, the competition will take place at Herning Athletics Stadium.
Address and GPS coordinates will follow.


πŸ”Ž Nice to know:

  • There will be a dedicated athlete tent for your gear
  • A warm-up tent and a cooldown/recovery tent with:
  • β€’ 2 ice baths
  • β€’ 1 vacuum recovery machine
  • β€’ 3 recovery boots provided by AROX – perfect for faster recovery between events
  • Multiple toilet units (no need to share a single toilet!)
  • Food, coffee, cake, and cold drinks will be available for purchase
  • All athletes receive a goodie bag at check-in with some nice surprises
  • There are event win prizes for the first 7 events
  • In event 8 (the final) – there will be heat win prizes!

🧳 What to bring:
It might be a great idea to bring your running shoes – and otherwise, just your normal training gear.
If any special equipment is required, we will provide it.
We recommend bringing a pair of long pants for Sunday morning.
